Conditions for delivery of mineral and table water
Dear customers, pre-registration is required, with which you will be able to submit your applications.
Please, to provide access to our colleagues to the place of delivery and if there are specifics about the address or time of delivery, they must be described in the additional information when submitting the application.
The quantity of gallons ordered (bottles of 19 l.) must be compatible with empty bottles (packaging), which you own. If the ordered quantity of gallons exceeds your available packaging - the difference should be paid and described in the additional information when submitting the application. (Price of 1 no. packaging is 15 BGN. VAT included).
Important!!! Please, keep the invoice for the paid packaging! You will need it, if you want to refund the amount you paid when returning the gallons.
IMPORTANT!!! Dear clients, we inform you, that it is mandatory to order in separate orders packaging and bottle 19l!
When ordering water in a package other than a 19 liter bottle, the minimum amount of water must be worth 30 BGN with VAT.
Purchase of a dispenser
In case, that you do not have a gallon 19 liters, we provide you with a working capital deposit at a price of BGN 15 with VAT.
What do you earn, if you buy a machine from us? In the event of damage during the warranty or out-of-warranty period and subject to condition, that you continue to be our customer, you will not need to commit your time to a service visit. Our employee comes to the place and if the elimination of the damage is impossible on the spot, we take and then return the repaired machine.
Prices for prevention:
- if you are not our customer and bring the dispenser to the place – price BGN 20 with VAT;
- if you are not our customer, but you need prophylactics and want us to pick up and return the dispenser – price BGN 40 with VAT;
- if you are our customer- prevention with collection and return is priced at BGN 30 including VAT.

Delivery of mineral water
All deliveries for the territory of the city of Varna are the latest schedule:
– Monday / Thursday : Aksakovo, Devnya, Povelyanovo, Ezerovo, Poplars;
– Tuesday / Friday : Golden Sands, Evsinograd, Dobreva fountain, Vinitsa, The track, Breeze, St. St. Constantine and Elena, Allen Mack;
– Wednesday : Asparuhovo, Galata, Borovets.
Shipping is free, except when ordering 1 gallon (bottle 19l). In this case a fee of BGN 2 with VAT for transport is due.
Payment is made in cash, upon delivery by our representative or in advance with card payment online / bank transfer!
